Who are we?
a. We are a baseball league that includes recreational, competitive, and travel teams, each competing within their own divisions. While Competitive and Travel teams typically play on weekends; many enjoy pick-up games during the week. We are creating a league structure that accommodates mid-week games without interfering with weekend tournament play.
i. Additionally, all teams in our organization will have access to insurance coverage for tournaments, helping reduce costs while giving players more opportunities to compete and improve their game.
What ages will we have?
a. Recreational 5U-18U
i. 5U T-Ball, 6U T-Ball/Coach Pitch, 7U Coach Pitch, 8U-18U
b. Competitive/Travel 8U-18U
i. 8U-14U
c. Adult League
i. 19-24, 25-35- 36, 37-45
What will the cost be?
a. All leagues will have the same price structure. They also include team insurance and umpire assigning.
i. 5U-7U $100 a team
ii. 8U-10U $275 a team
iii. 11U-14U $300 a team
iv. 15U-18U $350 a team
v. Adult League $350 a team
When will registration open?
a. Registration is scheduled to be open by Beginning of September
i. Once registration opens, we will require a $100 non-refundable deposit toward the league fee.
ii. If you pay your League fee in full, PRIOR to December 31st $50 will be deducted off your total fee for signing up and paying early.
iii. After January 1st the team fee will not be discounted and must be paid by February 12th, 2026.
What will the umpires charge?
a. All leagues will have the same price structure.
i. 8U-9U $35 a team
ii. 10U-14U $40 a team
iii. 15U-18U 2 umpires = $100 a team, 1 umpire = $60 a team
iv. Adult League 2 umpires = $100 a team, 1 umpire = $60 a team
How will Schedules be setup?
a. Coaches will be responsible for scheduling their own games. Sessions will be scheduled for coaches to meet and finalize game schedules together.
i. RiverFront Baseball will supply fields for game play however, we are still working on getting additional fields, we currently have 5 fields we can use, if a team already has access to a field, they are welcome to use it.
ii. Once scheduling is complete, coaches will submit their finalized schedules to RiverFront Baseball. The schedules will be uploaded to RiverFront Baseball. Umpires will be assigned by RiverFront Baseball.
Where will games be played?
a. RiverFront Baseball has fields in Kenton County and are working on acquiring access to additional fields in Campbell and Boone Co.
When will the season start?
a. The following age groups will start mid-March (more information coming)
i. Recreational/Competitive/Travel 8U-14U
b. The following age groups will start mid-April (more information coming)
i. Recreational 5U-7U
c. The following age groups will start late-April (more information coming)
i. Adult league
ii. 19-24, 25-35- 36, 37-45
d. The following age groups will start early June (more information coming)
i. Recreational/ Competitive/Travel 15U-18U
When will the season end?
a. The following age groups will wrap mid-June, with a tournament starting soon after.
i. Recreational 8U-14U
b. The following age groups will wrap up after 10 games are played
i. Recreational 5U-7U
c. The following age groups will wrap late June.
i. Adult league
ii. 19-24, 25-35- 36, 37-45
d. The following age groups will wrap up late July, with a tournament starting on July 27th
i. Recreational 15U-18U
e. An end-of-season tournament will be considered for competitive and travel teams, depending on availability.
